Despite Obamacare, millions of Americans are without health insurance, and many of those who do have it aren't covered for dental work. Eyeglasses, too, are not part of normal health plans - a scandal in one of the richest countries in the world. Privately organized charities like RAM are covering some of the gaps. It organizes mobile medical clinics so that poor people in remote locations can get the medical attention they need.
