Leia, a kitten with deformed rear legs, and her sister, Lucy, were rescued by SNAP Cats from the high-kill Downey, CA shelter. Pilots N Paws flew them from SoCal to Santa Rosa where they'll be taken to SNAP Cats in Healdsburg.
