Production Studio
Our medium sized studio is perfect for talk shows, band performances and just about anything that doesn’t require fire or acrobatic ceiling heights.
The Marin TV studio is a robotic four-camera HD studio with dimmable fluorescent lighting and a double curtain cyc (black/gray/green screen). Camera inputs, computer, and Blu-ray, sources are available for the control room’s Blackmagic switcher. Producers can record programming and ISO’s straight to SSD cards. Audio is mixed via a 24-channel Allen & Heath mixer. CG for titles is available via a Compix Character Generator system. Other features include a teleprompter, Zoom integration for taking live remote guests, a talent IFB, and COM system for a floor director. Depending on the complexity of the production, the entire control room operation can be managed by a two-to-four person crew.
Editing Lab
Whether you just need to do a crash edit or do a deep dive into documentary production, we’ve got plenty of capable CPU time for you to get your work down.
The editing lab consists of 12 Mac Mini M2 Pro digital video editing workstations running Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, Apple Logic Pro and more.
Georgia Anwell Art Gallery
Named after Georgia Annwell, an eclectic artist and prolific producer at CMCM, the gallery helps to advance CMCM’s mission of promoting cultural arts, community media, and civic engagement by showcasing the work of established and emerging artists. Public programs such as artist talks, film screenings, art performances, and social events enhance our overall mission by supporting further opportunities for conversations to take place.
