On Wednesday, September 24th, Congresswoman Matsui had a holding a forum in Sacramento on net neutrality. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Commissioners Mignon Clyburn and Jessica Rosenworcel traveled to Sacramento to participate in the forum, where a panel of local and California witnesses testified on the implications of the net neutrality proposal put forward by FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler.
